Everyone was kind and professional. When issues were brought they handled quickly with professionalism and apologies. Facility's and room were clean and pleasant

Shower was not functioning. The item that you pull to direct to the Shower head was not functional. Bath was not an option for me. Was fixed for the next days use. Sidewalks and parking lot not cleared well especially lot in handicap area which I needed to use. Breakfast was sparse...sausage biscuits waffles french toast eggs

I rated this a 1 (poorest rating) because, for the first time in my life, I left with bed bug bites! If there had been no bed bugs, I would tell you thot there are MANY other decent places to stay that offer the same park and fly rates as this scummy place. In addition, the van they use for transporting guests to the airport has a broken back lift. Which means that someone (you!) must hold the lift door up while they load the van (or vice versa). According to the driver, the owner of the hotel is too cheap to fix it. My recommendation is DO NOT STAY HERE!

Always love staying at this hotel due to its proximity to amenities, facilities and airport. Very friendly and helpful staff who attend to your needs with alacrity. Affordability and true hospitality are its added values. We’ll definitely be coming back here in the future.
