The bed was very comfortable, though I will note that I like my mattresses on the firmer side, so individual preference would determine if this is a good thing for other patrons. Everything was clean (and I am always paranoid about bedbugs; there was absolutely no sign of them ever having been there). The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the WiFi or eat the complimentary breakfast. All considered, a great value for the money.

The door to the hallway seemed to be letting in most noises, but the hallway itself was pretty quiet, so no big deal. The AC and heating did work, but when the unit was on, it was either full heat or full cold until the thermostat on the other side of the room registered the correct temperature. It was not usually on for a very long time, and I think this is typical of most hotels — also not a big deal. The most inconvenient thing was that the toilet ran near-constantly, and very loudly. The pipes from the other rooms (we were ground-floored) may have been what set it off initially, and those were quite loud as well. We just shut the bathroom door and weren’t too terribly perturbed, but it was persistent.
