Holes in the wall, dirty looking putty in the tub, dirty grout in bathroom floor corner, no working lights

Really dirty

The receptionist gave our room number to a person over the phone. That should never happened. The person came to our room hysterical and causing drama yelling outside our room. Embarrassing and humiliating experienced they should protect their customer and never give personal information. We should have had quiet, peaceful and comfortable stay. After that incident, we felt like we couldn't trust the hotel and staff for having our stay a nightmare

It’s was a good stay, check in got my key, easy to find my room. Good clean room and got a good view outside of the window. I’ll come back again.

The building needs renovation, security lock looks like I can rip it off the wll with one finger. Almost all the lights in the room dont work. blow dryer did not work and it looks about 20 years old, was white, now yellowish. the light switch cover in the bathroom was missing , good thing it was a pust button one. House keeping did not remove the trash from the room, after we placed them all together so it will be easier for them.

absolutely no toilet paper in the room. Only two towels for three people for two days. Nasty looking hallway, laundry room was leaking into the walkway, we had to walk through the soapy puddle to get to the room. The LOUDEST music started playing at about 10pm in the room next to ours. I had to pound on the door to make them stop. Then is started again, just not as loud. The door to the lobby for breakfast was still locked at 6:10 when breakfast was to be served from 6-9. An the breakfast was not ready so we had to leave to get to our destination and eat at McDonalds.

it was okay

that the management played me out my money if you pay on the app its not for the reservation then tell me i have to pay in cash so there was no money trace
