ORZU HOTEL

This is a large, older hotel in a reasonably central location. The room was quite spacious, with an older somewhat elegant decor. The beds werre supeer comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was very spacious and well appointed. The staff were very helpful, and spoke reasonable english. Breakfast was fairly standard offrings for Uzbek accomodations.

The blinds let in a lot of light, so bring eye shades.

it’s located in center of Namangan city but at the same time rooms are quiet enough. Rooms are very clean! OH TOWELS!!! THE BEST TOWELS IN UZBEKISTAN - REAL HOTEL QUALITY TOWELS - THEY THICK AND FLUFFY - impossible to find in Uzbekistan for sure!!! Extremely friendly customer service - Abror. They allowed me to do late check out because I came around midnight and wanted to sleep till after lunch. Right across the road there is a KFC type cafe and wings there incredibly delicious!!! You should try if you like chicken. Also Abror showed me the best barber in town - it was impressive (you need little walk though) I believe they serve Breakfast as well. I liked that the room was exactly as pictured on booking.

If hotel owner will make renovation of the lobby - it definitely will be the best hotel in town! I wish they have little fridge as must in Uzbekistan during summer. BUT you can buy cold drinks right at the lobby and price is super affordable

Centrally located; wonderful staff; great rooms. The service is above and beyond. Would not think about staying anywhere else in Namangan.
