"Unclear Info and Extra Charges – Avoid!"

I had a very disappointing stay at this hostel. First of all, the information provided about the place was very unclear. It was hard to understand what kind of conditions to expect, and nothing was explained properly before arrival. The hostel is located in a building that looks more like an old medical facility than a place for travelers – very cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. It didn’t feel like a hostel at all. To make things worse, they asked for more money upon arrival, claiming some unexpected fees. I was also forced to pay extra just to get a basic bed cover – something that should be included in the price! It felt dishonest and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place at all. There are better options out there with clearer rules and more respectful service.
