mas o menos buena ubicacion, el resto todo malo

no habia agua caliente a la noche, llegabas de caminar con frio y no te podias bañar, no limpiaban todos los dias, no funcionaba el wifi cosa que nos perjudico mucho, la ventana no tenia ventilacion daba a una pared sucia, la atencion del lobby habia una señora buena el resto mas o menos. se escuchaba todas las conversaciones y ruidos del pasillo y otras habitaciones. la habitacion era minima y La cama era demasiado chica para 2, mas alla de que era la que reserve, cuando pedi cambio me dijeron que tendria que pagar mas de 600usd extras por dos noches. Una desproposito ese precio para ese hotel desastrozo, si pagaba esa diferencia me terminaba saliendo mas que el hilton que es un lujo.

La ubicación

No tenían habitación libre cuando llegamos, pese a que era pasada la hora del check in. Lo sorprendente es que nos reubicaron en una Queen solo durante un día, me hicieron moverme al día siguiente, pese a que a las once de la mañana tampoco tenían habitación, con lo que tuvimos que dejar las maletas ena consigna e ir a aprovechar el día. La verdad un descontrol, la primera vez que me pasa esto, al menos, cuando no hay disponibilidad y te hacen un upgrade te lo mantienen. Y no te hacen cambiarte de habitación, sin posibilidad de estar en mi habitación, pese a que la tenía pagada. Un desorden tremendo. Habitación muy pequeña, no habia sitio para dos maletas abiertas.

I stayed at this hotel in Boston for three nights, although I only ended up using two. On my first day, I requested a taxi for 5:00 AM the next morning because I had an early flight. The first receptionist I spoke with was very friendly and assured me that I only needed to come downstairs and a taxi would arrive within five minutes. Later that day, I spoke to another receptionist (a blonde woman), who was also polite and confirmed that the message had been passed on. She reassured me again that everything was arranged. The next morning, I came down early at around 4:30 AM. There was no one at the front desk. I called out several times—no response. When I looked behind the desk, I saw a laptop left open with a game running on it, which already gave a very unprofessional impression. I waited for more than 35 minutes. No staff. No assistance. Meanwhile, I was extremely stressed about missing my flight. Eventually, a staff member showed up—a tall man with curly hair who appeared to be on the early morning shift. Before I could even explain anything, he immediately spoke to me in an aggressive and rude tone, saying that he also had the right to rest. This was shocking. I had made the request properly the day before, and it had been confirmed twice by two different receptionists. I simply followed their instructions. His behavior was completely unacceptable. He was rude from start to finish, showed zero professionalism, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. Even when the taxi driver had already arrived and was waiting, he did not handle the situation properly. My luggage was handled carelessly and roughly, almost thrown, despite the fact that I remained calm the entire time. This is not how a guest should ever be treated. His attitude was not just unfriendly—it was hostile and completely inappropriate for someone working at a hotel front desk.

"Une mauvaise expérience à Boston"

Hôtel bien placé dans Boston

L'hôtel n'a pas enregistré la réservation de Booking et Booking n'a pas su trouver de solution pour nous. Nous avons été hébergés dans une chambre minuscule, pour la première nuit, avec un lit étroit, des carreaux de fenêtre assez poussiéreux. Le personnel était plutôt indifférent à notre problème, juste prêt à nous proposer une chambre beaucoup plus chère. Nous avons dû quitter Boston et trouver un hôtel dans la campagne pour la seconde nuit. Nous nous sommes sentis très seuls et trompés. C'était une très mauvaise expérience, de cet hôtel et de Booking.
