BayVue Hotel, Resort and Suites

Wonderfully time. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing! Pool was good, a little cloudy, but good. Seagulls were better this time around. No bird poo on the car, so that's a win. Location is great! You can walk to everything.

Wonderful view in a beautiful room. Very comfortable and staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and replenished often as needed. We also enjoyed the shower and roomy counter.

This property was close to shopping and dining and of course the beach! We had a miscommunication on check-in between Expedia and the hotel but the staff made it right and it worked out in the end. It was a comfortable one night stay as we passed through.

Staff was great….Expedia pictures looked NOTHING like the actual physical spaces - entire place was old and tired.

The manager looked putout when I was checking in. The first room they gave us was occupied. The second room was uncleaned and same with the third. Manager stated we would get a discount, never got one. I would be shocked if it was an open a year from now, if it wasn’t for location it would get a 0. The only thing good was mikes seafood. Never stay here.

From my experience with Seaside Hotels I know to keep the bar low for quality but Bayvue Hotel was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I truly hope they are in the middle of a remodel or is in process of being condemned because the hotel is in dire shape. The Ground Level Button was broken in the elevator. Carrying luggage was challenging but this was also a major safety concern / code violation. We stayed on the 1st / 100 Level Floor. This is the same level as the Pool. The door to the pool area was left wide open so the entire floor was very humid / muggy. I’m unsure if this was related but the floors in our room were wet. Awful Paint / Touch Up on the walls. Throughout the hotel were terrible touch-ups / blotchy paint jobs. Cables hanging from the ceiling in the stairwell. As I stated before, the ground level elevator button was broken. Access between the Ground Level and First Floor was mostly on the stairs. There were cables hanging from the ceiling in the stairwell. This is a major safety concern. Trim / Edges on the stairs and Room Doorways. Uneven Trim / Edges on the stairwells made for great trip hazards. The Trim entering our room was raised up high enough to make it difficult to move the luggage cart into the room. Either Bayvue does not have the time to properly maintain their hotel or is too cheap to hire the work out. Whatever the reason, the craftsmanship in the hotel is awful and is unsafe for occupancy.

we stayed at the family suite and it was really nice definitely a good experience on the downside we went to the pool around 9pm and there was a light fixture that came out from inside the pool wall and I was concerned about the safety of my family being in the pool with that and it didn’t seem like the staff cared after I pointed it out to them and the doors to the hotel that slide open were really noisy while we were in the room since we were right above them we constantly thought someone was knocking on the room door and there was always nothing other than that it was an awesome experience in the room but the hotel itself was a little run down.

This is not a nice hotel. The photos online are very misleading. It's a dirty place and the staff is terrible. Power in the room was intermittent. Cannot express how disappointed we were and at $260 a night a total rip off

These hotels are older and the salt environment is hard on everything but overall a value for the money
