Rooms could use some improvement in rooms obvious drywall patches not painted, leaking sink faucets shower head not fully functional. A tad over priced for lack of work

Everyone and everything was great! Breakfast was good. With all the fireworks that were going off, we did not hear anything while we were in our room. The only downside I would have to say is they do need to upgrade their mattresses.

Pros: Lovely area, close and convient to ocean front access. Friendly staff, decent stay. Cons: Property was pretty run down, cleanliness was seriously lacking and local restaurants and buisness all close by 7 so come prepared!
