Wasn't informed it was under renovation. gave a room on 4th floor with elevator out of order. the renovation was noisy, equipment took up most of parking spaces, dirty and yet there was no room discount provided. Felt stuck in muck. actually going to let Hilton know this user is not satisfied.

Hampton Inn used to be a really wonderful place. This one was being renovated and that was all fine. However, where Hampton is falling down..towels are rough, pillows are hard (used to be lovely), mattress is not nearly as comfy as in the past.
