"The hotel was trashed. They are renovating and everything is a mess."

The location was the only thing I liked about the property.

It was under renovation and I was not told that ahead of time or I would have chosen somewhere else to stay. Our closet door was broken. Also, the heel of my shoe got stuck in an open grate right outside the door that we were told to come in and out of, and I fell.
