Comfort Inn Mechanicsburg - Harrisburg South

Overall our stay was average. Extreamly outdated. Beds /pillows VERY comfortable one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a hotel. Bathroom was outdated and felt dirty. Hairs also found on tub. I’d stay again if I HAD too but I’d definitely choose a better hotel next stay. Wouldn’t mind paying more for updated and cleaner feel.

It was nice but need more cleanliness.The breakfast was good.I would give it a 10 star for their honesty because we left something in the room and went back to get it and the housekeeper had kept it for us.

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was a relxing quiet stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast. Great price.

Good service by the staff. A couple of issues were with main window in the room was dirty and some mold in the grout on the hot tub. Overall considering they're short staffed, the facility was in good shape.

Property is showing its age. Breakfast was decent. Shower not great, really old fixtures hard to get water temp right. Noisy neighbors and thin walls.

We stayed 3 nights in a heat wave in a full hotel. Our AC ran but did not cool the room. We told the desk but since they were booked solid we couldn't move rooms. They gave us a small tabletop fan and said manager/maintenance would fix in the morning. Same issue when we returned after our day out on day 2. Upon checkout I asked to speak to manager and he said he checked and it was blowing cold air on Saturday. I told him yes it was but not at a level that could cool the room. Said he could only put points on my loyalty account since I paid through a 3rd party. I discovered from others on our floor that some rooms had digital thermostats and had been upgraded. Our room was not one that had been renovated obviously.

Everything was acceptable for a place to stay at a reasonable price, but two or three trips across the room and my slipper socks were very dirty. It's way past time to scrub the carpet. Although everything else looked clean, it made us feel like it wasn't clean when we realized how dirty the carpet was.

The room looked as if it had been unused in awhile…. Cobweb with spider on the bathroom mirror, when I arrived and, the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned - Definitely needing more attention to details
