"Scam hotel ripping off wheelchair users"

There was only a virtual check-in with staff in India who were unhelpful They gave me the wrong room which was not wheelchair accessible despite promising and accessible room with a roll-in shower They have refused to refund the total balance This hotel is a scam. Do not stay here ever

Virtual check-in, old smelly room, toilet vanity was in the main room not toilet and hot water was so hot that it would burn you and isn’t legal to be that temperature

I put “ do not disturb “ sign but they still entered into my room without my consent.. and my charging cable was lost after that. Electronical front desk were not helpful.
