Bad smell in hallways. Hallways were dark. Curtains in room had blood on them. Person at front desk was not friendly at all. When Dow to the front desk to ask a question and their were three other customers there and the employee was no were around we all waited for 10 to 15 minutes and he finally came into the building from being outside.
