No se respeto el 20% de descuento en alimentos, el piso de la habitación en muy mal estado y habia una pequeña cucaracha en la habitación, los alunentos buenos y silencioso el hotek con un bonito jardín

Encontre un bicho al intentar ducharme, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. me otorgaron la habitación 147 también hubo personal amable.

"No fue la estancia que esperaba "

Un poco mal, la noche fatal por mucho ruido en la habitación de arriba (sabemos que no se puede controlar eso) pero el aire acondicionado demasiado ruidoso que no permitió el descanso que esperábamos, se hace cargo a tarjeta teniendo ya pagada la estancia y no se explicó el motivo, tenemos el cargo ya realizado al banco

Excelente hotel y excelente atención por parte de todos los empleados del mismo, la habitación es de buen tamaño y muy confortable. El único pero no significante detalle fue la TV, se veía algo mal, de allí en fuera regresaría sin problema
