La localisation était excellente. Le personnel agréable

La Clim ne fonctionnait pas, le mini bar vide et il n’y avait pas de brosse dans les toilettes.

Pas loin de la gare

Une chaleur accablante dans les chambres. Pas de clim. Prêt de ventilateur bruyant. Impossibilité d'ouvrir convenablement les fenêtres pour essayer de rafraîchir la chambre la nuit. Pas fermé l'oeil. Et même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre.

"Très bien, j’ai passé un bon séjour"

Le personnel, Le petit déjeuner, le confort de la chambre, le calme, le petit espace extérieur.

Malheureusement j’ai voulu prendre un bain la baignoire ne le permettait pas car le bouchon était cassé.

la localisation, l'espace salon à l'accueil, la literie, la superficie de la chambre, le calme et le coin salon à l'accueil

la climatisation ne marchait pas à mon arrivée, personne n'était là pour le checkin, j'ai dû patienter un petit moment personne au bar pour consommer

La ubicación y la buena voluntad del personal

El ascensor para silla de ruedas no funcionaba. El aire acondicionado de la habitación tampoco estaba bueno, hacía mucho calor en la habitación. Y por último encontramos que las personas del servicio de limpieza no hizo una de las camas de la habitación!
