"Don’t stay here"

Absolutely nothing. This property had zero redeeming qualities, especially for the outrageous price we paid over Thanksgiving.

The entire experience was terrible, starting with check-in. It took almost a full hour just to get our rooms. We had three suites, and every single one had major cleanliness issues. The bathtubs were filthy, there was hair all over the floors, and when we pulled back the sheets, there was hair in the beds. I had to buy my own sheets just to feel comfortable sleeping. One of us even had a bug crawl into her suitcase. The tub also backed up and wouldn’t drain at all. For the price we paid, this level of neglect and lack of cleanliness was completely unacceptable.
