L’emplacement

It was dirty. We travelled with a dog and must have received a « special » room - our dog is clean and brings his own bed- we pay extra to have him stay with us which is normal but i do not expect to get downgraded. The bathroom had pubic hair on the floor, the carpet was stained, the windows could not be opened.
