Spacious rooms, clean and tidy and have all the things you need. Stayed here multiple times and have booked to return again. No issues but confident if there were they would be dealt with.

A good location. Easy to get to the beach and into town.

It would have been nice to have had the view of Peasholm Park from the lounge rather than the main bedroom. The night storage heaters did not provide enough heat and the shower room towel rail was cold. The beds were made up with sheets and blankets: Surprising as most people use duvets.

There were some very minor problems which we reported. One was attended to during our stay. The others will be rectified as soon as feasible.

We were left a big bowl of fruit on arrival which we appreciated. Ten minutes walk to North Bay. 20 minutes walk to Scarborough town centre so good location. Safe place to park our car. All the kitchen items you needed were available. Early check in was arranged. Loads of wardrobe space with hangers. Whole flat felt very spacious.

Double bed mattress was a bit soft for our liking but still ok.

A clean and comfortable flat in an ideal location. All facilities provided within the property and good local amenities.
