Site rénové au gout du jour / personnel acceuillant / espace déjeuner propre. Pour avoir visité plusieurs Confort Inn au Québec celui de Rouyn-Noranda est un des plus beau et avec la meilleure gestion.

"Super séjour , j’y retournerais sans faute"

C’était rénové. Petit patio commun à l’arrière .Accepte les chien.Déjeuner continental œuf, bacon, gauffre… très complet . Personnels très courtois et gentil.

J'ai aimé la bienveillance de la réceptionniste tout au long de la semaine: lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi

Je n'ai pas apprécié la qualité du Wifi qui a était coupé au milieu de la semaine Je n'ai aussi pas apprécié l'attitude du réceptionniste le soir du vendredi quand j'ai demandé si on peut restaurer la connexion wifi
