Poca privacidad, difícil descansar por el ruido de alrededor y del propio edificio ya que de escucha todo a través de las paredes.

Super location - about 10 minutes on walk to City center. Cleaned. Modest apartment but everything worked in a correct way. Really comfortable bed.

Loud road, especially was inconvenient during the night.

El dpto está bien amueblado, la cama era bastante cómoda. De la ubicación no digo nada porque cada uno sabe dónde está reservando, el dpto queda a 20 min aprox del centro.

El departamento que nos tocó tenía muchísima humedad, tanto que al entrar se sentía muchísimo el olor (el dpto está medio en un sótano). Otro problema es que el baño se inundaba cada vez que nos bañábamos (el agua salía por el desagüe del piso!). Culpa de la humedad el dpto estaba lleno de bichitos. Si se soluciona el problema de la humedad la verdad que en dpto es cómodo! Otro punto es que la puerta del balcón no puede cerrarse con llave.

The bed was large and comfortable. Good location overall, although initially it felt miles away from the main sightseeing area. The location was quiet and we slept well overall. Nice to have the balcony to sit on as it got to the sun in the afternoon but it wasn't very aesthetically pleasing being concrete and overgrown. The code system to get in and out was useful as you didn't have to worry about keys etc. There were supermarkets and metro within a reasonable walking distance, just need to get used to all the hills!

No oven which I hadn't realised. We choose apartments to stay in as we like to cook food to keep them cost down rather than go out all the time. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked with crockery etc and as there were only 2 hobs we were very limited in what we could make. There were no food items in the kitchen either. When we have stayed at other properties there have been basics such as salt, pepper, oil, tea & coffee, sugar etc. which was helpful and thoughtful. There was no washing up liquid either so we had to buy this. Very little space to put clothes etc and only a few hangers. As it's a studio you are basically in 1 room, so it got messy because there was nowhere to put anything. It would have been nice if there was an additional supply of bedding and towels available. I'm sure if we had asked for them, they would have been supplied but it would have been easier if they were on site although due to the limited space there wouldn't be anywhere to keep them Not much contact from the office, although they did say they were available if we had any questions. It would have been great if there was some information in the property about things to do etc, where the nearest supermarket was, and so on. Again I have stayed in other places where all this information was provided via messages and useful to know.

１階のキッチンは広い。 ホテルの方とスムーズに連絡が取れた。

バスルームが汚い！！！ 地下にベッドとバスルームがあります。 換気ができないので、常に湿気っていて私物も湿気ります。 バスルームの扉には、ビッシリと黒カビが！！！ 不衛生。

L'arredamento.

Esperienza terribile! La struttura è accessibile con self check-in e dalle istruzioni ricevute accediamo all'appartamento W. Nel momento in cui apriamo la porta ci ritroviamo una rampa di scale in discesa davanti a noi a ridosso della porta (che a momenti non voliamo giù) e subito ci guardiamo basiti perchè dal messaggio inviatoci l'appartamento doveva trovarsi al pian terreno. Percorse le scale ci ritroviamo in un locale che puzzava di muffa e di umidità con una portafinestra che da su un cortiletto dietro il palazzo, con muri umidi e pieni di muschio. La stanza era umidissima tant'è che gli arredi avevano alcune parti marce (cucina e frigorifero). La porta finestra non si può chiudere a chiave quindi quando si esce bisogno obbligatoriamente chiudere le imposte per evitare che estranei possano accedere. Il cortiletto è comune ad un appartamento posto sopra l'appartamento W e quindi gli ospiti potevano tranquillamente scendere tramite una scala. Il locale era pieno di moschine dovute all'umidità. Il bagno era minuscolo con un lavandino lillipuziano e un mobiletto marcio e inutile, oltre alla muffa sul soffitto. La porta della doccia non si chiudeva bene e quindi quando facevi la doccia fuoriusciva tutta l'acqua e si allagava il pavimento che aveva lo scarico intasato e dal quale usciva normalmente acqua e residui di non so cosa non appena aprivi un rubinetto. Insomma, praticamente è una cantina. Abbiamo scritto le nostre rimostranze ai proprietari che ci hanno solo detto che potevano venire a pulire per togliere l'odore, poi il nulla.. non hanno più risposto alle nostre richieste. Ho fatto una segnalazione a Booking che non mi ha mai risposto. Diffidate di questo appartamento, le immagini dell'inserzione sono diverse e non specificano che c'è un appartamento anche nel seminterrato ed è un sottoscala!
