"It’s a good place near city center (200-300 m) away."

Closeness to city center. Possibility to park (if lucky) right next to the accommodation location.

I think AC is not meant to warm the room if you have cold floor. Kitchen shall have also a pot to warm up milk or soup . These are only recommendations. We are not saying we didn’t get full support from host. She was very kind and responsive.

Jelena is a great host! She welcomed me very nicely and she gave me all the information I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, the location is great (just minutes walk from the center). Recommended!

"Amazing stay."

Top location, comfortable room, and an excellent host checking on us pretty much every day in case we need something.

Split in July is a bit too crowded with youngsters and other people who like to party all day long, so the city was a bit dirty. Yet, a bit further away from the popular city beaches, you could also enjoy clean beaches and the sea.
