Cama confortável, lençol limpo, limpeza ótima! Agora recepção péssima, a pessoa que atende ver vc indo para a recepção e não vai te atender você tem que chamar

Recepção péssima, a pessoa que atende sentada do lado de fora ver você ir até a rep aí e não vem saber oque precisa. Ninguém para abrir o portão tem que ficar caçando alguém para abri e, fora o portal social que a fechadura a chave de cabeça pra baixo, você fica tentando abrir e a pessoa sentada vendo não te orienta!

A localização é boa, próxima ao centro histórico. Um diferencial foi a pousada ter estacionamento, já que Paraty conta com Rotativo em muitos pontos da cidade, com fiscalização o tempo inteiro.

As janelas dos quartos são viradas para a área comum, o que torna um pouco barulhento sempre que alguém chega ou sai ou quando estão conversando por ali. Nos surpreendemos com barulho na rua de madrugada em todas as noites, é uma região barulhenta com conveniências próximas, onde as pessoas ficam bebendo.
