Comfort Inn

The staff member who checked us in was fabulous. The staff member who checked us out was not . As I explained about how awful the room was she said nothing and just looked more and more annoyed. Not even an apology....nothing!

The room was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. The bathroom was disgusting!! The mirror still had dirty spots all over the the bottom from previous guests. The mirron on the bathroom door had the same but also a spill running down dried to it too. The tub still had a bath ring all around it and you could still feel how dirty the tub and shower walls were if you touched them. The ceilingnin the shower had mold spots across the top and scale build up on all the chrome. The fauvet was so loose that it felt like it would fall off when I pulled the release for the shower. The tub still had several hairs in it!!!! A clear indication that it wasnt washed rom the last guest either. The toilet was dirty where the hinge for the seat was. The sink tap and counter around it were alco white with scale, which is totally cleanable with some elbow grease. The bathroom door and walls were full of brown streaks from the shower as well. There was still dried on milk in front of the tv and dust on the lamps. I accidentally moved the lamp and the table was white with dust underneath it. The coffee maker was so thick with dust that I could legibly write my name in it. The window was so disgusting that you wouldnt even want to touch it or go near it. The floor was also dirty. Mostly white chunks but other stuff too. The beds were very clearly the only thing that was dont when the previous guests left. Iwas going to take pics but opted not to. We will not likely stay again and certainly not recommend it!!

Breakfast very basic

We found a live cockroach in the bathroom. The front desk staff was apologetic, and moved us across the hall. in the morning we found a dead cockroach stuck to the ceiling. Needless to say, my kid was freaked out well before we found the second one. Other than that, it was fine.
