The setting is stunning, especially being able to view mountains whilst in the beautiful pool facilities. The apartment was very comfortable and roomy, and had everything you'd need for your stay. Beds were very comfortable and lots of comfortable seating in the living area and balcony.

Air conditioning would be great, but understand its not common in Austria

Excellent location, very well equipped with high quality furniture and appliances, very well-maintained pool and natural swimming pond area, excellent in-house dining (a steakhouse), ample parking, very spacious, light-flooded apartment with 3 bedrooms with a separate bathroom each, nice balcony and gorgeous view on the mountains on three sides. The included Summer Card gives plenty of benefits (e.g. one free gondola lift ride per line per day, free entrance to water parks/pools etc.) and makes up for the rather pricey Kurtaxe.

Quasi-consistent miscommunication about the otherwise nicely prepared breakfast box. We wanted to cancel several items several times (for the next day) because we couldn't finish everything that was provided and wanted to avoid wasting food. Although they were eager to help and politely writing everthing down in a designated form, unfortunately, it never turned out to be exactly what we asked and we did end up throwing plenty away. A first world problem, but really a bit unnecessary. The staff of the restaurant, although very friendly, brushed us the wrong way by insisting we pay for room service (drinks) in cash, although we ordered them in person at the restaurant and could have paid by card right there, then rather stubbornly insisting we pay cash when they delivered the drinks, card payment terminal in their hand.

Wir hatten ein Apartment ohne Frühstück. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann und auch sehr hochwertig mit Kombibackofen und Induktionskochfeld von Miele. Das Personal was extrem freundlich und immer wieder hilfsbereit. Alles topsauber, auch bei großer Hitze über Tage gut zu lüften.

Clean and comfortable place. Great pool and handy stuff

The resort itself looks great, in an ideal location next to the town's cable car, a supermarket, and the beginning of the trail next to the river. The rooms are big and and comfortable, with available parking space and laundry facilities. An available restaurant next to the lobby for night you don't feel like cooking, and a good kitchen for the night you want to eat in. 2 pools which were visible from our balcony and gave us incredible views with the mountains in the background, and a variety of saunas for use. They had a baby chair and crib which we needed for our stay, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The amount of plates and culterly were very limited (about 4 of each), since we were 3 we needed to use the diahwasher quite often.

Modern

Lage, Ausstattungen. Insbesondere die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Jedes Extras muss bezahlt werden. Insbesondere für Ausstattungen für Kinder wird es teuer. Saunaanlage schön, aber in manchen Dingen nicht gut durchdacht.

We hadden ruimer appartement toebedeeld gekregen dan geboekt. Het personeel was vriendelijk. De kwaliteit van alles is over het algemeen in orde. Goed verzorgde badkamer met handdoeken en badjassen voor het wellness gedeelte.

Er staat inderdaad vooraf dat we voor een hond 29 euro per dag moeten betalen (veel te veel in vergelijking met andere accomodaties!). Voor 6 nachten komt dat neer op 174 euro. Er stond een waterbak en snoepjes voor hem klaar. Het is wel vreemd dat er niet wordt schoongemaakt per dag en dat wij dus veel meer moeten betalen als iemand die daar maar een dag verblijft en dezelfde schoonmaak nodig heeft. De receptionist zei dat een hond met zijn neus tegen het glas aan gaat. Kinderen kunnen ook behoorlijk vies zijn maar dan geen extra kosten? Ook de parkeerkosten van 20 euro per dag is veel. Maar in Oostenrijk is het parkeren net als de hond een behoorlijke melkkoe geworden. Het is triest dat het management dit soort kosten bedenkt en het personeel dat maar weer goed moet praten. Bank en stoelen in de woonkamer zijn zo hard dat het zeer doet aan je rug en de eetkamerstoelen weer te zacht en te laag. Geen ventilatie in badkamer en gangen, daardoor erg benauwd. Klein warm water bad en te diep voor kinderen. Gladde stenen in het natuurbad waardoor iemand die daarin gaat kan uitglijden. Er zijn wel leuningen maar geen waarschuwingsbordjes dat de treden glad zijn. Roken mag op de balkons en de gasten onder ons deden dat ook. Als dat gebeurde konden wij van het balkon af van wege de stank en onze ramen dicht doen. Deuren her en der die met kracht open gemaakt moesten worden. Sauna's waren op een gegeven moment binnen de openingstijden niet warm!
