Eagle Cottages & The Cabins at Gulf State Park

The convenience to all the trails and having the outside grills to cook on. The screened in porch was nice to sit on and enjoy the views of the lake also. Woodside grill has an awesome breakfast menu, and the staff were friendly and really nice. All the food we had was great, my 8 year didn't even complain. The peir was also nice with it being literally in the backyard. We went out and looked stars after dark, and it was beautiful. We loved the Christmas tree and Wreath that was set up!

We had a brilliant stay and only wished it could have been longer. The state park is superb, with great biking trails and good facilities at the campsite. The cottages are a great place to stay. Their location on the lake-front is brilliant; they are spacious and well equipped, including free bikes, and fuelled bbq and fire pit.

This is natures Paradise at its finest. We loved discovering this 6500 state park acreage the pool was beautiful and heated for our grandchildren, the daily breakfast were wonderful, we loved having some more at the fire pit, and having the bikes to ride all day was a treat. The only drawback was not having a washer and dryer in the three bedroom cottage, we will definitely come back again. Also, the communication with the state park was great through the Expedia app. We always felt safe and we enjoyed the nature center.

Exceptional breakfast. Large enough for 6 + dog. Very quiet & well kept. Communication was better than expected, superb.

Everything was great no complaints

Breakfast was awesome and the location was beautiful love it didn't want too leave. I love the balcony porch the water was amazing.

Didn't stay long enough too do all the activities there.
