The room was clean

No elevator, my room door was broken, my hairdryer had wires exposed, beds were small and the breakfast offered was ok. Not worth the $400 charged.

The breakfast was fine, the rooms were big enough, our rooms were close enough. The staff was excellent and friendly.

There was 3 spiders in our room. I understand that's not something that can be controlled but, I'm unhappy about it.

The location is great - you can easily access the town of Ithaca.

The room felt musty, some of the towels had visible spots on them, we had to get our keycards replaced 3 times because they kept failing to work. The hotel is pet friendly but I don't understand why the fee is not applied when the room is booked, so I didn't appreciate a fee being added on when I arrived.

I liked the clean quiet room and the front desk person. The breakfast was also good.

clean! New shower excellent water pressure, and a good Mexican restaurant across the street.

The breakfast area was small Bathroom toilets had flush out issues. Queen bed was like twin bed size kind of smaller for two person to sleep.
