1-停車區小且未整理，民宿老闆稱當日會有三台車會停（民宿共只有三間房），而停車區也只能停三台車不然會擋到車輛進出，結果當天竟然有4-5台車，嚴重擋住車流路線。 2-進入房間後未詳細介紹各種設備，要讓你自己摸索，一開電視就雜訊一堆根本無法看，多次打電話給老闆才回電，態度消極，說民宿wifi機會干擾訊號，要將wifi關掉才能正常，房間廁所馬桶內竟然有清潔後的衛生紙及頭髮，都沒沖掉。 3-晚上入睡時，都可以聽到外面民眾對談，隔音差，天花板處位置會有很像木板裂開的聲音，蠻大聲的。 4-外面露台位置的小泳池只有冷水。發呆亭沒有向照片所示有白色布簾可以遮擋，當天風大基本上沒用到露台。 5-早餐是使用早餐卷，就是外面很一般的早餐店，大概一張可以點約新台幣50元的早餐而已，非常寒酸。 6-以上讓我覺得我花費新台幣3800元非常不划算，不會再入住。
