Fairfield Inn by Marriott Boston Sudbury

Very clean, comfortable, large room, super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was fresh and hot, exceeded our expectations in terms of variety and quality. The complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was also much appreciated.

Elevator bell (the door opening signal) seemed rather loud, but luckily our room was not close to the elevator so it was not really a problem for us.

There is a wonderful breakfast included the staff is kind. The parking is not easy in snow storms. We didn’t have a working phone in the room To call The front desk.i had to go to the front desk in person on many occasions to communicate with them for sheets for the couch bed then pillows as they didn’t bring the pillows. They don’t clean daily. They will charge for it extra I was told. They want you to reuse towels. I got sick while there. There was mold On the ceiling in the bathroom. There are no switches for vents. All that said it has some work to do. But the staff is kind. The food is good and the location is great.

To have the room cleaned daily and not be told I would Be charged for it when traveling with a disabled individual who requires special care, wears depends, and not have trash bags or enough trash cans to dispose of trash. Not Having the convenience of a working phone in the room to Be able to call The front desk for help. The Mold In the bathroom on the ceiling needs remedying.

The rooms were so spacious, immaculate, the decor was warm and welcoming. It was very windy and cold outside but our room was nice and warm. Great complimentary breakfast too. Very at night too.. We will definitely stay here again !
