Was no breakfast available only coffee

Upon check in yhe front desk lady had no idea what she was doing. She canceled my reservation cause she hit the wrong button then when she realized she messed up she called supervisor to get help when she should have called her supervisor before hitting the wrong button. I pay with debit card so when she canceled my reservation I lost the amount then she re charged my debit card and I always have to pay am additional $100. Charge cause I use debit card and I havent been reimbursed from my bank yet so I went the hole rest if the trip with less money on my debit card cause just because I was reimbursed money from her screw up my bank doesn't reimbursed my checking account until Monday or Tuesday and this incident happened Friday night after the banks have closed

Convient location. On the west side. Easy access to 293.

Shanty. Okay very shanty if I'm being honest. I mean it was like $20 less the the nicer places closer to south willow st. It is so not worth it. Just pony up and you will be much happier.

It was just a relatively easy process

For the quality it is extremely overpriced even at it's cheapest $80 but I paid $100 plus taxes and fees. This type of hotel it's definitely a low quality motel. There are very nice hotels for $100 well $120 a night where they actually have a building designed to feel like it is clean and modern and more of a treat to say and rather than a punishment. This is just wildly overpriced I would have normally only thought the cost would be $40 a day because it's just a bland bed bland room absolutely nothing to offer nothing is visually appealing it's just a place to sleep that is overall clean but outdated. There are no issues in particular it's just absolutely ridiculously high-priced for the quality of the property.
