I wouldn't advise anyone to even consider this place, I was basically abandoned for 6 days, the agency phone always went unanswered, the bathroom is filthy with mould growing on the blinds and there was hair left in the shower, the shower is dangerous as it's practically impossible to get into because its so high, no slip mat if things go wrong. Cleaning is promised on a daily basis, someone turned up once. There's nothing in the place to clean up after yourself not even a broom or dustpan and brush. There was no way to lock the safe and the only time I managed to contact the rep he promised the key the next day and then went undercover. The air-conditioning unit makes a dreadful howling noise when it is on and the walls are bloated with damp from it. Key card works intermittently at the front door but unfortunately you get in eventually. All the other reviews have the standard cut and paste response, but I doubt anything will get done, so until there's a vast improvement in the apartment and the attitude of the people supposedly being there to help you, avoid this place like the plague.

Everything was as expected except for the design features of the building.

Buildings "A" and "B" are built at an angle to each other and on a slope, so all residents of building "A" sitting on the balconies are looking at the bed on the 3rd floor of building "B". Considering the heat, it is impossible to sleep with thick curtains closed all the time, so I had to move the bed deeper into the room. But this did not solve the problem 100%, since the courtyard is located at the level of the 3rd floor window and any condo gardener there causes discomfort. But to be honest, we only saw him once. My recommendation is to add tulle sheer curtains.

The apartment was to have been serviced every day, but only was serviced on day 4 of our 5 day stay. There was nothing to sweep the floor with, in the end I purchased a sweeper. Having to get rid of our own rubbish was not a nice thing to do when on holidays. The height of the bath shower is very steep. And we were unlucky to have maintenance being done outside our balcony, so we did not have privacy in our room at times and was unable to use the balcony.

Good location

Dirty, smelly accommodation, old and used. The Internet periodically disappears for 1-2 minutes. The bathroom is a horror - everything constantly spills out on the floor, the water pressure is minimal (apparently this is how they save money), it is disgusting to touch anything. Every morning I woke up to the screams of obscene words from my Russian neighbors. The fridge is barely cooling, my food has gone bad. I do not recommend.

The reception and housekeeping were 100%

The promise was not kept: I had plenty of time to book what I wanted in advance (1) No television in the bed room (2) Small sofa in the living room with no other options for watching television. (3) the apartment is on a low floor so there was an odor whenever it rained. (4) No view. ((5) No television in the bedroom.
