"Exceptional"

We were updated to grand hotel for free, probably due to low season and absence clients for Residensa. Grand hotel is exceptional , grounds, service, breakfast are above the desired. But we were in the small room on the top floor with very bad WiFi. I am not sure if it was an equivalent to the room we booked.

"Try the main hotel if you get a chance, but this is a close second choice."

The building next door to the grand hotel which is kind of like an overflow space. The rooms are not as good as the main hotel, but cheaper. Same breakfast and access to facilities as the main hotel.
