Coast Capri Hotel

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable, lobby and hallways were wide with plenty of room. We got an upgrade upon arrival. The restaurant and lounge area was well laid out with multiple fireplaces lit for ambiance. The breakfast was excellent!

Bathroom needed to be refreshed.

The pool side bar was really nice.I loved the staff there.When i locked my bathroom door the prompty fixed it.Food was great.

I always stay at the Coast Capri Hotel whenever I’m in Kelowna, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient — close to everything you need, with easy access to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. It’s just an easy, reliable place to stay every time. It may not be ultra-modern, but it’s well maintained and great value for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will definitely keep coming back!

That it was supposed to be a good safe family environment

The fact that they had security that wasn't doing anything about people screaming drinking all hours of the night that you could hear two floors down

The complimentary breakfast at Vintners was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean.

No streaming services on the TVs

Great hotel for business travel. Full service amenities, but at a very competitive price, with not a lot of extra fees that one expects in this type of hotel. Nice to be able to charge my meals to my room so accounting is easy when I get back to the office. Vintners restaurant was great for all three meal periods. Fitness centre is small but has all the equipment I needed (was surprised to find a stair climber!), and while I didn't use the outdoor pool, it definitely looked inviting. Staff were exceptional, and location is ideal.
