"Providing parking and bag drop information in advance would be helpful"

Great view from the room

Parking situation wasnt made clear when booking. Staff were slow to reply when we tried to clarify which created a bad first impression. It was further hampered by a fire alarm early in the morning which took an age for them to disable.

"Lovely hotel"

The location was perfect—close to the river, the old part of the city, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Breakfast was excellent, offering everything you would expect. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable.
