Nous avions une chambre avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Douro (chambre 16). Malgré le fait que la vitre de notre porte était brisée, on nous a offert une bouteille de vin en guise d'excuse. Ça ne changeait pas le fait que nous pouvions quand même sortir sur notre magnifique terrasse et relaxer en regardant le Douro

Great location, sound proof windows and staff super friendly and helpful.

There was a lovely variety of items for breakfast and the staff on at breakfast were efficient and helpful. Our room was great and very clean. The hotel location was ideal for walking everywhere.

Although the rooms view was excellent it was quite noisy from the traffic outside. There were a couple of members of staff during the day who didn’t seem to know much about the local area and couldn’t offer much in way of recommendations/knowledge which seemed a shame.

Location in Ribiera, friendly and helpful staff; clean and spacious room with U.S. king-sized bed

The price seemed high - likely due to location within Porto’s tourist neighborhood

what a sweet little hotel in the perfect location. It exceeded our expectations on every level every staff member went out of their way. The location was great.
