Could do with making systems more streamline and timely Towels ran out etc Communication between front desk, guest services and security is slow.

The food, accommodations and affordable. The manager corrected what the staff forgot.

I specifically indicated it was my anniversary and they completely forgot. That just changed the whole greeting of my stay.

My check in time was at 3pm and when I arrived at 5:30pm my room still wasn’t ready. I had to wait another 2.5hrs. That was very inconvenient. I requested an iron multiple times as there wasn’t any in the room and I never received it. The phone in the room wasn’t working the 1st night, so I had to order room service from my daughter’s room and because they couldn’t call me on the phone that I told them wasn’t working, they never brought the food to the room. One morning at breakfast no one ever came to take our drink order. I walked and asked one of the servers and still had to ask again a 2nd time because we finished eating and no one ever came. I requested both rooms to be decorated as I was celebrating my 4th anniversary and my daughter graduating high school, but it was never done. The overall experience was disappointing.

It is a beautiful property with great staff. However tge food is really bad and I am not a picky eater. It has a great beach.

Beautiful property with an equally beautiful beach footsteps away. The room was properly cleaned and the mini bar was replenished everyday. The food at the Taj restaurant arrived quickly and it was very flavourful. The server there, Shereek (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly), was friendly and did an excellent job especially since he was serving most of the other guests as well. The food at Grazie was pretty good in my opinion. My husband disagrees. So much so that we skipped dessert there as he didn’t even want to taste anything else from this restaurant. Ma Maison was disappointing. We got our food exactly 1 hour after arriving on time for our reservation. The food itself was decent, as well as our desserts. We had different servers for some reason. It seemed chaotic. The buffet was just ok and the room service meals weren't consistent in quality. The local breakfast was quite good. The eggs and hash browns in the American breakfast were tasteless. The staff members, while professional, were not what I'd call friendly. Some didn't seem pleased when they were asked questions. I got the impression that they were understaffed in some areas and so they were a bit stressed and tired. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

The staff is commendable; however, the property requires renovation, maintenance, and additional investment. The natural surroundings and staff significantly contributed to an overall positive experience. Nonetheless, the responsibility for the current state of the property and its deficiencies lies solely with the owners. Moreover, guests are required to sign non-disclosure agreements when issues occur, which prevents them from sharing negative feedback publicly. During a one-week stay, I encountered at least three groups who had been compelled to sign nondisclosure agreements to avoid negative publicity associated with the property's condition.

The food was not good. It lacked flavor, lacked variety, and unsatisfactory. The bell boys and bartenders were amazing! There wasn’t many fun pool activities and not many fun things to do. Also the birthday room was terrible. room service just couldn’t get the orders right, it took very long, it lacked variety

The property was generally very good. Our room number 13203 has some degree of air conditioning problems. The dampness was not being removed from the air and there were signs of mold in the room.
