Clean,efficient response to problems

Very comfy, homely feel. All rooms were clean and well decorated. Kitchen was well put together and I loved how the fridge was already cold when we got there! 2 comfortable sofas with nice throw pillows and blankets for extra comfort. Bed was comfy. Shower easy to use with good pressure.

When having a shower the water wouldn’t drain quick enough so you’re standing in water whilst showering :( and when using bathroom sink, would sometimes get a bad drain smell. Apart from that, all perfect! :D

Staff on site very helpful and friendly.

Location was a bit far out of town, with most shops closing early or not open at all. Last bus from Yarmouth finshed too early.

Beautifully renovated, great amenities, local area lovely. We had a wonderful time.

We asked for it to be made special for 1st anniversary this wasn't done even though was told they would. £10 definitely wasn't credited onto the electric meter.

Great things to do close by. The chalet was clean and had everything we needed to get by. The issues were resolved very quickly. Overall a very comfortable stay. Had a great first holiday as a family of 3. Thankyou!

There was a couple of spider webs around the corners but not a bother really. The travel cot wasn't there but was quickly delivered when requested. There was no hot water for the first day but again resolved very quickly the next day.

Loved the chalet, could of done with a pair of tongs for cooking 😂

There was ants, left my trainers out side to dry woke up to one!
