Sunbeach Chalets

Very comfortable bed. Furnishings were lovely. Alot of the chalets on these sites tend to have old, cheap furnishings, but these chalets were definitely furnished with comfort and thought, the carpet was also lovely and thick in the bedrooms. It had everything you needed. Nice offer of tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival and also supplied hand soap and washing up liquid and cloth. Those extra touches are appreciated. Nice shower. Great communication and instructions ahead of arrival. Location is ideal, in walking distance to beach, club house, takeaways, shops. I would definitely stop here again

When it's chilly you need to get the balance right with the heaters, but there was plenty of heaters available you just needed to work them out so that was a bit trial and error but it was instant heat. I'd recommend leaving the kitchen heater on a trickle heat all the time and problem solved. Double bed but having a Kingsize duvet would be better, no drafts lol wouldn't be an issue in summer but winter it really is needed.

Property was excellent, clean and adequate for our stay, the only thing I would say negatively is that the rug has to go, it’s curling up on the corners and could be dangerous, a small issue and easy to fix and it would be perfect.

Location to so many great days out.

Didn't have breakfast but location was good. Not far from great yarmouth and Hemsby and other areas

Pub on site didn't serve food. Dog had to leave at 7pm. The chip shop was super slow

Check in was so simple, chalet was clean and tidy. Plenty of cutlery, towels no complaints at all.

Everything was perfect great value for money.

Chalet exceeded our expectations in terms of clenliness, lovely white towels and bed linen. Well stocked kitchen with good quality appliances and utensils. Great location.

The shower pole was spring loaded it fell down after one use. We showered at the pool after this incident incase it fell and broke something in the bathroom.
