The restaurant and personnel were excellent. The front desk, and restaurant personnel were friendly and helpful. We received a fresh flower daily. Finally, they had discounts for the restaurant and other activities. AWESOME!

The food and drinks were great, and being within walking distance to the beach was incredibly convenient. Having a balcony was a huge plus too.
The rooms are clean and quiet. The pool area is well taken care of. The staff is very helpful.
Clean, standard room, modernized dated features but still charming. Employees wear multiple hats, valet parking also handles bell service, etc. Might have to wait a little. I believe their parking lot fills up fast, it's a hit or miss with that.
Loved the location of this hotel! Very close to Waikiki beach and restaurants/stuff to do! The hotel itself was very eclectic, nice, and clean. the restaurant is great/convenient, and the pool/bar pool is a chill area and also very cute!! I would return here again! The only negatives are the overnight parking is expensive ($49 a night) and I wish the hotel water was a little more hot: the first two nights it was kinda lukewarm and then it did get fixed but it still wasn’t hot enough in my opinion, but it’s not a big deal. If you’re sensitive to sound when you sleep, the wind sounds are super strong against the patio doors but I can pretty much sleep through anything so I was fine! Just to note for light sleepers

Horse keeping keeps everything spotless. Amazing coffee and restaurant and gorgeous room
The hotel itself is adequate and staff is pleasant. However, the area where the hotel is located is extremely noisy all day and throughout the night. The view of the Ala Wai Canal is nice, but we checked out earliier than we planned due to sleepless nights from the traffic noise and the outdoor bar across the street.
