Modern luxury with plenty of space for 6 adults. In walking distance to everything in Edinburgh. Lovely wine bar a few doors away.

There was no bath mat in the bath and one of our party slipped and fell. There was a broken chair around kitchen table.

fantastic facilities once inside, great comms from the owner. very tidy.

our visit was hampered by some of the neighbours being noisy, but it didn’t ruin the experience. the council owned stairwell needs improvement.
