Why an upgrade if it means to be so close to the bridge....

Great location to stay in Vang Vieng. Close to many restaurants and the Night Market. It’s in a very quiet area so you’ll have a restful sleep. We had a room but bungalows in the garden are available. Amy, who runs the place, will give you tips on places to go for breakfast or things to do while in Vang Vieng.

Amy is the friendliest guesthouse owner you could meet, who’s full of great recommendations. The garden setting is peaceful and is a brilliant location on the side of the river closest to the countryside and lagoons. Amy also recommended a motorcycle hire company just next door which were good and trustworthy.

The room was slightly dated and unclean. Amy and the location made up for the cobwebs.

Great place to stay. Quiet. Away a bit the loudness of town. Pretty barebones if you’re a privileged traveler looking to be catered to. For me, it was perfect. I know how to get my own needs met without depending on hotel staff! Amy (the manager) was friendly and super helpful with a medical issue I live with. The long tail boats are just across the road, highly recommend.

I have a bad back, so to carry my suitcase across bridge was tough. But! Amy happily carried it for me when we left.

This property is very nice. The room was very clean. The bed covers and towels smelled very nice . Amy the owner of this business was very helpful and is very accommodating I felt at home. The bungalow is in Lao Traditional Style which is perfect if you want to immerse yourself in the local experience. The rooms are bigger than your usual accommodation in this rate, good value for money. The property has a nice front lawn and a gate .I felt safe staying there. The location of this property is just after the Namsong Bridge which is very nice , because it's a bit secluded from the busy and the crazy town center ... however if you want to go to town you can just conveniently cross the foot bridge and you're there in less than a couple of minutes.

Great place to stay outside the city centre but in walking distance of it. Around the bungelows there are several restaurants to eat or have lunch/breakfast. The bridge which was mentioned in other comments was no issue.

The walls are paper thin. We were next to a loud couple. That didn’t help while trying to sleep. On the first night there was a big party at a hotel behind the bungelow. That kept us up to. Both things are not the host to blame.

Amy, the manager was fab. Super knowledgeable and helpful.

Great location (quiet but yet close to the center), cute bungalows. Amy would do anything for you and is very welcoming and kind. Regarding the previous comments about the noise from the bridge, it has been fixed and is not noisy anymore (we had the closest bungalow to it and weren’t disturbed at all).
