Spacious room that included separate bathroom and separate laundry and drying room. Handy local coffee shop, 50 meters away on the corner left of the hotel . Tony was very helpful

The apartment is perfect for staying for up to 1 month, it's new, fresh and clean, for 2 people it's enough space, rooms are quite big. We both were working remotely, there is a glass door between the kitchen and bedroom, so you can handle meetings at the same time. The area around is quiet and peaceful. Thanks Tony for staying, he is a nice person!

Air condition needs some maintenance, as they are not as cool as could be. And the wi-fi lagging sometimes, we had difficulties with online calls.

Tony is a great host! It’s a safe place , great location and very clean! You can walk to the beach 10/10 recommend

Because I wanted an Apartment so I could do my Food meals a few more utensils would have been better - yes Microwave and stove top but I do cook my meals so I purchased an Air Fryer which is so easy to use and is versatile Host arranged cleaning 2/3 times a week and always on hand if needed

The location is away from the busy bustling centre of Da Nang. Combined with the comfortability of the rooms you will definitely have a peaceful sleep. The facilities and standard of the apartment is great. The bed is super comfortable. The owner is exceptionally kind, asking frequently if you need anything. Ensuring clean towels, toiletries and bedding are provided every few days. Tony's English is great and will help you navigate Da Nang with ease. Payment with cash or card was offered and self check in was a a nice touch.

There are local businesses and a school that can be noisy early in the morning but this isn't the fault of the owner.

Great location, not in a busy area, walking distance to the beach, lots of local eateries. Great host, Tony, who made you feel very welcome.

There are no mugs in the kitchenette. Roosters ar 5.30am 🤣

Clean, spacious and very bright apartment with good shower and kitchen. We appreciated also the washing machine and good internet. It is very close to the beach, minimarkets and coffee shops. The owner is friendly and available when anything is needed. Overall we really liked our stay and would be happy to return.

You can hear the outside noise starting from early morning.
