Citybreak-apartments Coliseu

Communication with the office couldn't be easier. I always got a prompt reply whenever I had a query. I was allowed to check-in 3 hours early and the instructions provided to access the room were clear and simple to follow. The apartment is located very close to the popular Bolhao market and most tourist spots could be reached on foot. There are also so many shops, restos and bars in the area. A bit noisy at night with people chatting as some restos and bars open 'til morning.The room is big and has a kitchenette which was quite handy. I even got my train ticket from Porto to Lisbon printed out, thanks to Susana. For those not used to using stairs, there is no lift though and my room was on the third floor. I didn't mind as I always prefer the stairs anyway. Will defo recommend.

The carpet in the room could use a little upgrading.

La ubicación del alojamiento es inmejorable. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, era amplio y cómodo. El personal nos informo y nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos.

Las zonas comunes como la escalera o el rellano no estaban tan cuidadas y limpias como los apartamentos. Pero esto tampoco es un problema para la estancia, la calidad precio y la ubicación son geniales, y erigiríamos de nuevo este alojamiento.

Фото майже не відповідають реальності. Вікно виходять на стіни та труби з кухні якогось ресторану тощо. Дуже темно та сіро. Є окремі заувження до чистоти. Килим був брудний, тсіни теж в плямах та подряпинах. На ліжку були знайдені незрозуміле чорне волосся. Квартира не нова, що можна відчути по не свжіому запаху і відповідно по ремонту. На стелі були жовті плями, у ванні є легка пліснява. Кухонні додаткові приладдя такі як кавоварка брудні та старі, що їх не хочеться використовувати. Старий фен, який ледь виконує свою функцію. Дуже погана звукоізоляція. Також вночі дзвонили в домофон не зрозумілі люди, ми не мали змоги відімкнути домофон, щоб нас не турбували.

There was an issue with our original apartment, and the team from city-break took care of that. They were super kind, resolutive and communicative. Definitely a great experience.

Thank you for your accommodations. The room is a double, but with an extra fold-out sofa—very convenient. Everything is within walking distance, and breakfast is available right next to the accommodation. Clean linens, clean rooms, and a cozy atmosphere.
