We booked the king suite with whirlpool and requested the top floor but when we arrived it was told to us that only king suite with whirlpool on first floor and staff at reception was seems rude as she seems didn’t want to help. We decided to take the lower room which was on third floor. This room was much cheaper and they didn’t give us the refund of balance amount. A bit disappointing

We didn’t get the room which we paid for and the breakfast options were very limited and same every day.
