0ur room was clean and the staff was nice and polite

breakfast was good but some of the foods were seasoned "too HOT" it wasn't just ourselves talking about it, almost everyone in the diner was complaining. Also our room balcony would have been nice but there was cobwebs and spiders everywhere , It looked like it had not been cleaned this year. and also the trees and foliage needs to be cut badly we had difficulties enjoying our view of the river.

The staff were very courteous and the room was clean.

I do not feel the room was what we reserved according to the pictures or descriptions. We thought we were going to have the walk-in shower. It stated it was wheelchair accessible and it was not. The air conditioner did not work correctly. We had to keep turning it down to see if it would come on. My husband went to take a shower the next morning and the shower let out a horrible noise and then lost water pressure. It scared us and did not want to turn it back on. We reserved two rooms for this stay. The room with the two queens wasn’t as bad. I also thought my balcony view was going to be of the little river that flows behind the property. We were told our parking for both rooms would be at the side back parking but yet are rooms were all the way in the front of the Hotel. I am not a person that likes to give negative reviews but this needs to be better.

My overall experience was fine and fulfilled my full expectations

There could be a couple more handicap spaces for parking
