Sleep Inn Nashville near Percy Priest Lake

The room was clean, the bed was hard and pillows flat but those are preferences not necessities. Check in was smooth but the key card wouldn't work anytime we tried to use it. People stomping or slamming doors at all hours of the night so did not get much sleep the 2 nights there. Was a birthday getaway and i will definitely not waste my money staying there again.

It was a low cost hotel while passing through. You get what you pay for.

The ceiling and walls needed to be repaired, a wet towel had been folded and placed on top of the "clean" towels, the halls smelled of smoke even though the rooms are non-smoking, my reservation from booking.com was not visible by the hotel for almost 3 hours after it was placed so I paid for my hotel out of pocket until later that night the reservation came through and we made adjustments so I was billed only once. I showed the clerk my email confirmation but without the booking.com reservation in system he would not honor it.
