"Hotel Cristallo"

Avevo prenotato con Hotels.com una camera con 1 letto matrimoniale e 3 letti singoli, perché ho tre bambini di 9, 6 e 2 anni. Qualche giorno prima contatto il titolare per la conferma della Camera e il giorno dopo mi invia un e-mail dove mi dice che non hanno camere con tre letti singoli, al massimo due. Chiamo l'hotel per farmi spiegare meglio e mi risponde la moglie del titolare, la quale mi dice che non c'è problema perché hanno una Suite dove ci sono i letti che abbiamo richiesto al momento della prenotazione e la situazione si sarebbe aggiustata. Quando sono arrivato sul posto per quella Camera il titolare mi ha chiesto 100 euro in più a notte, mentre se volevo quella della prenotazione i letti singoli erano due.
