Lack of working lamps/light. And two didn’t work. Not enough outlets near both sides of the beds.

"Nice location but cost varies wildly"

I chose this hotel for it's location; not far from Cleveland Clinic (~1 mile) and in a trendy neighborhood (Midtown). The parking is safe and the staff generally friendly.

For the cost, I would expect a coffee machine in the room. It is inconvenient to go to the first floor every time I want coffee of hot water. When I checked in, half of the lights in the room didn't work. I would have expected the cleaning staff to verify this before the next customer checked it. It was an easy fix when I reported it to the front desk.
