As a person who stays in hotels quite a bit, I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The hotel was fresh and clean, beautifully decorated and located in a great location for dining or walking around. The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful and a good choice for breakfast as well. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

"Overnight stay to explore Lititz"

Hotel was great. The front desk staff was fantastic. The coffee was delicious. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in the old chocolate factory and has a very industrial feel. We weren’t able to take advantage of the fitness room but it looked clean and well equipped. There was a strange smell as you walked through the corridors. Not sure what that was.

"A SPECIAL HOTEL IN A SPECIAL TOWN"

I love this hotel. It is located right in the middle of a place that several years ago was named the coolest small town in the United States. The rooms are spacious, the soft-industrial decor is appealing, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. On our last visit, Kate was especially helpful in solving a problem we had created. She persevered until the solution was found. I recommend this hotel constructed out of a former chocolate factory without caveats or reservations.

Everything!! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful the staff and hotel are! It is so beautiful, spacious, and clean! Just like the little town it’s nestled in! Can’t wait to go back!!

"Make sure you arent in a room over the bar"

The front desk had us down for a different night than our reservation. They put us in a room over the bar which was incredibly noisy. When we complained they said the noise would last until at least 1am and offered us earbuds. We demanded to be moved but the only room left was a room of a lower tier than we paid and they couldnt refund us the difference as we had already paid thru booking.
