L'établissement est tout simplement somptueux avec des photographies sous marines d'un grande Beauté. L'accueil est très chaleureux , le petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir profiter du couloir de nage .

L’hôtel est vieillissant , le hammam ne fonctionnait pas nous n’avons donc pas ou en profiter .ce qui est dommage.

Le cadre et le personnel très agréable et aux petits soins . Pour l’anniversaire de ma fille Marta a pris le soin de préparer un ensemadas au chocolat dans un paquet cadeau avec les bougies 14 . Elle réalise les œufs brouillés à merveille . Le salon partagé est très plaisant

La piscine pas très grande

Personnel professionnel et serviable, très bon petit déjeuner.

Chambre avec terrasse qui est non utilisable trop de pigeons et vis-à-vis , manque de propreté dans la chambre et pommeau de douche entartré donc pas de pression.

The service was the highlight for us, as well as the breakfast and how accommodating all of the staff was with our needs. They were the best part of our stay. Thank you so much for everything that you did for us. The location was fantastic too.

The hotel wasn't in good shape. The pool, which is the main feature of the hotel was mouldy, and the paint had cracked. The sauna wasn't working either. The rooms also had issues with the AC and the door knob. The lift for the luggage wasn't working either. The staff was doing it's best to provide an exceptional service, but the hotel needs maintenance and more people to support the hard working staff. It was very expensive for the state in which the facilities were.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the old town. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is small, only 8 rooms. The hotel is nicely decorated. We had a terrace area that opened to a courtyard with the pool below. Overall this is a charming hotel in the beautiful old town, but it was expensive for what it was.

The hotel only offered breakfast and there was mainly no presence from staff during the day. This meant there was no option to have any hotel services such a drink in the lounge/dining area, or by the pool, unless you bring your own. The breakfast area was closed off during the day and the bedroom facilities for a drinks were very limited (some hot drink sachets/tea bags, kettle, small fridge, water that is topped up daily, no milk). This is advertised as a 4 star hotel, but it's more of a guest house/bed and breakfast as there are no usual hotel services. This isn't necessarily a problem, as you expect to be out in the day, but for the price you expect more (just over £240 per night when we stayed in September). Parts of the bedroom were a bit tired and in need of a deep clean, perhaps due to it being the end of the season. The shower had tiles missing on the floor and did not drain well. Again, not really what you expect for a hotel of this rating and for the cost. The drain was sorted quickly when we let the staff know, but seemed to block again. Some of the fittings had lots of collected dust, such as plug sockets and the phone by the bed and on the light fittings. There was also toothpaste spray on the bathroom mirrors/frames. These are small cleaning details, and the room was generally clean and was cleaned daily which focused on beds and floors, but it was not the standard we expected. There was building work going on around the building. This didn't start until around 8am, but it was noisy. Nothing the hotel could do about this, other than perhaps reflect in the price. Other than this the room was quiet, but there is a pump or something similar (perhaps aircon) that runs through the night and only stops briefly. It's a very dull sound, but will be noticeable to some.

Pour le prix on s’attend à des équipements nickels or certains sont un peu vieux ou pas assez entretenus: la terrasse de la suite, la baignoire extérieur par exemple. Un petit coup de fraîcheur lui ferai le plus grand bien !
