It was an amazing room very clean. Everybody was so nice. We will definitely stay here again. I would give 10 stars if it was allowed that’s how wonderful it was thank you.

We had a great stay, room was clean and amenities were nice.

No hot water for 2 days. Called the front desk on day one and still took cool showers on day 2. Was locked out of back door. Turned green with card and made noise but left us locked outside in the dark late at night in the far back of the building. No room service. Have stayed here before and was pleased. Don’t know what has happened in last few months , but not the same

Stayed one night with the family on a road trip across the US. Perfect place to rest and refresh. The rooms were clean and in great condition, excellent staff and convenient parking. Only a short drive to the city and plenty of food options.

This was a business trip and I was so pressed for time I arrived after 10 my first night and let myself in with the virtual key. Unfortunately, I had forgotten which room I reserved, it’s not on the app when you check in virtually; I didn’t know how to access WiFi. The front desk was really helpful (you really can’t replace service with virtual keys.) So, as much as I appreciated the speed of the check in and not having a plastic key, I also appreciated the staff. The housekeeping team is also very resourceful and friendly. Several went out of their way to help. I really appreciated them. It was the best shower I’d had in a LONG time; but the night I arrived we had no hot water. Harumph… The room was clean and the kitchen well appointed for a 4 day stay — full fridge, dishwasher, plenty of cutlery and dishes. (Bring your own coffee, or drink the breakfast stuff downstairs; the stuff in the room was awful.) Also, it was cold, as temperatures dropped in Louisiana that week, and the bed could use a blanket (at least in winter.) I also wish they had a usbc port in addition to the old fashioned USB for charging and maybe access to more streaming apps than Netflix. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay.
